Privacy, cookies and measurement choices

How IdraulicoPadova handles browsing, contact requests and optional Google measurement. You can call or use WhatsApp without accepting statistics or advertising measurement.

Data controller and privacy contact

The data controller is CE-GI Multiservices SRLS, VAT number IT05345110281, with its registered office at Via Bellinaro 52/A, 35030 Saccolongo (PD), Italy. For information about your data or to exercise your rights, call our public number +39 351 416 8683 or write to the registered office. This notice covers IdraulicoPadova.com and contact initiated through its links.

Browsing and Aruba hosting

The pages are hosted on Aruba. To deliver them, protect the service and diagnose problems, hosting systems may process your IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser, server response and security information. This technical processing is separate from optional statistics and relates to the legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not claim that hosting logs are absent or anonymous.

Telephone calls, enquiries and work

You can read the website and contact us without accepting optional tools. When you call or write, we process the details you provide, such as contact information, name, problem, area and, where needed for the work, an address and photos. We use them to reply, assess your enquiry, prepare a quotation and arrange or perform the service, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Administrative and tax obligations may require additional data under Article 6(1)(c); protecting legal rights may require relevant retention under Article 6(1)(f). Without the necessary information, we may be unable to reply or arrange a visit.

WhatsApp: you open the channel and send the message

WhatsApp buttons are links to an external service, not a chat that loads automatically on this website. You can edit the prefilled text before sending it; the website does not send messages or photos on your behalf. WhatsApp processes data under its own terms and privacy notice. Opening the link does not give consent to Google tools. Share only what is needed for the work and avoid unnecessary documents, health data or other people’s details. Sending a photo is not required to call us.

Two optional, independent consent choices

In privacy preferences, you can choose Google Analytics statistics and Google Ads advertising measurement separately. You can allow either purpose, both or neither. Before your choice, consent signals are denied and the site does not load Google tags; if you reject both, they remain blocked. This is Basic consent mode. Optional measurement relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not prevent you from reading the website, calling or using WhatsApp.

Google Analytics: website statistics

Only with your statistics consent does Google Analytics 4 receive page views, contact-link opening events and automatic measurements such as scrolling. Contact events describe the channel, button position, service category, language and page. The site limits referral information to the referring domain, without its path, query parameters or fragments. Google may process browser identifiers and technical information about the device and connection; we do not describe this as anonymous data. The website configuration disables Google Signals and advertising-personalisation signals. A click does not establish a connected call, a received message or a booked job.

Google Ads and call measurement

Only with your advertising-measurement consent does the site enable Google Ads to attribute interactions to campaigns and potentially send validated gclid, gbraid and wbraid click identifiers when present. If you also allow statistics, those identifiers may accompany GA4 events. When the feature is available, Google may display a forwarding number instead of the business number and connect the call to us. It then processes metadata such as time, duration, outcome and, where available, the caller’s number or area code. Statistics consent alone does not enable forwarding or the transmission of these advertising identifiers. Advertising personalisation remains disabled; a call duration does not establish a booked job.

Data excluded from contact events

Contact events generated by the website code use technical categories and the page address; the only permitted advertising parameters are the click identifiers described above, after the relevant consent. They do not include a customer’s name, number, job address, WhatsApp text, photos or free text. These events are separate from information you choose to share with the business and metadata that Google may process for a forwarded call. The website does not automatically import conversations or job outcomes into measurement platforms.

Browser preferences and cookie duration

The site remembers the choice, version and save date in your browser for 180 days from the most recent save, to respect your preferences. This technical storage is not used to profile you. After the relevant consent, Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_*: the site configures them for 180 days, without renewal on every visit. Google Ads may use cookies such as _gcl_* and other advertising identifiers with their own durations; the Analytics setting does not determine those durations. Your browser may limit or delete this storage earlier. Cookie expiry does not erase data already received by providers.

Recipients and international transfers

Data is accessible to people authorised by the business and providers needed for the service. These include Aruba for hosting, Google Ireland Limited and relevant group companies for consented measurement, and WhatsApp when you use its link. Their roles depend on the service and applicable agreements. Google and other external services may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Provider notices describe applicable safeguards, such as adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. We do not claim EU-only processing; you can ask the controller for information and a copy of relevant safeguards.

Retention: browser and server data are different

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle the request. Work and invoicing records are also retained for applicable obligations and, where necessary, to protect legal rights. Technical logs follow operational and security needs and hosting terms. In the GA4 settings verified on 26 August 2026, event-data retention is 2 months and user-data retention is 14 months. Reset on new user activity is enabled, so new activity can restart the user-data period. These settings do not delete all standard aggregated reports. Google Ads and Aruba logs have separate retention periods, not determined by the 180-day preferences or Analytics cookie duration. You can ask the controller which periods and criteria apply to your data; closing the page does not erase information already transmitted.

Withdrawal, erasure and other rights

You can change or withdraw consent through “Privacy preferences” in the footer. The site saves the updated choice and, when needed, reloads the page to block the withdrawn tags; requests already in progress cannot be recalled. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data already received by Google or other providers, nor does it invalidate earlier lawful processing. Where the GDPR provides for it, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. Contact the controller on +39 351 416 8683 or by post at its registered office, including to request erasure involving providers. Requests are assessed according to the processing and applicable obligations. Where a provider acts as an independent controller, you can also contact that provider directly.

Complaints and updates

You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or the competent supervisory authority in the member state where you live, work or the alleged infringement occurred. Notice version: 28 August 2026. The three language versions are website content and do not require an external translation service during your visit. We will update this notice when tools, purposes or processing arrangements change.

The proposed owned pipeline is not active in this release

This Aruba release uses the consent-gated Google connection described above. The proposed owned pipeline with Cloudflare Workers, Queues, R2, PostgreSQL, PostHog EU, server-side GTM, BigQuery and dbt is not active and receives no events from this website. Google Analytics is an existing destination for consented measurement. Any future activation of the pipeline will require a processing review and an updated notice before collection begins.
